Jessica and Beth have been thinking a lot about being uncomfortable and why so many people resist discomfort. There are, of course, times when discomfort is a sign that what you are doing is not good for the long run. However, there are many times in our journeys of creating change or going through life that there is discomfort along the way and we need to embrace it.
