Meet Path Nutrition
In 2014 I took my love of living and breathing food culture with a deep desire to scream from the rooftops what I knew about yummy food and health to create Path Nutrition in late 2014. Since then, I haven’t stopped learning and evolving to help as many people as possible. I have a full bag of “tricks” to support you in the mental, physical, and emotional journey of making change.
I offer a safe, judgment-free zone to unwind from the years of diet culture madness and to help you chart a personalized path to metabolic health and total well-being.
Hi! I'm Beth, Integrative Nutrition Therapist.
I have A LOT of interests and those interests took me on quite the journey in my early college years (and still do if I’m being honest!). Bouncing from pre-pharmacy to Interior design, I never quite found my place until I discovered that one could major in Exercise and Nutrition Science! It took my love of running and my budding interest in food and smushed them into one great major that has continued to grow and expand as we learn more and more about the body, food, and nutrition.
While food is information for our body and a cornerstone for health, I realized along the way that nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle. Food is deeply entwined with emotions and unconscious habits so I have broadened my knowledge to best support you make the changes that you desire.
What can only be best said by Brené Brown - let’s be awkward, brave, and kind together.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a learning junky.
