Labs
Weight does not equal health. Knowing your numbers is key to healthy aging and feeling your best. Testing can include expanded cholesterol panel, food sensitivities, gut microbiome, and everything in between. Together, we decide what the best tests are for you.

CranioSacral Therapy
A little off the beaten path for a dietitian but I also offer CranioSacral Therapy. Why? Because this light touch body work can create meaningful shifts in your nervous system and beyond. Sometimes the shifts needed in the body runs deeper than what nutrition and exercise can do and that is where this practice comes in. Integrating the whole self is the core of health.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, I offer individual nutritional counseling in the following areas:
Peri-menopause/Menopause Health
Preventative Health and Wellness
Body Image and Relationship with Food
Auto-immune Conditions
GI Disorders
Food Sensitivities, Intolerances, and Allergies
Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol
Pre-diabetes, Diabetes
FAQ’s

Our first appointment is a throrough talk about your medical history and current symptoms and determine your goals. This ensures that we form the right plan for you. I will make food and lifestyle recommendations and we’ll find the best way to implement them into your life. Follow-up appointments are working through what worked, what didn’t, and how to continue to optimize. It’s all custom to your life. I’m not the food police, I’m not here to judge, I’m here for you to succeed!
-
In the beginning I recommend either weekly or every other week. After awhile the time between appointments can lengthen depending on the support that you need.
-
Yes! Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield generally have great coverage for nutrition services.
Soon I will be in-network with United Health.
I am not in-network with Cigna, Medi-caid or Medicare.
-
Yep! If you are not able to use insurance for appointments or other services, I am able to accept HSA/FSA cards.
-
You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. I merely make recommendations and tell you my reasons behind it (often more information than you asked for!). Testing may be recommended to determine metabolic health as it’s a better indicator for health than your weight.
Supplements can’t outpace a nutrient-poor diet, so they are used in conjunction with diet and lifestyle when needed.
