Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups spinach (or leafy greens of choice)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, hulled
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch each: sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings or 1 big serving.
