Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 2 cups spinach (or leafy greens of choice)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, hulled
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch each: sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings or 1 big serving.
