Recovery Smoothie

This is the perfect go-to after your work out. This combination will assist with electrolyte balance and supports tissue repair. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 handful of greens (spinach or collards work best)

  • 1 cup fruit (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 scoop organic whey protein

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 6 oz water

  • 6 oz coconut water

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.
