Meet Path Nutrition

We took our shared love of living and breathing food culture with our deep desire to scream from the rooftops what we knew about yummy food and health to create Path Nutrition in late 2014. Since then, we haven’t stopped learning and evolving to help as many people as possible. We have a full bag of “tricks” to support you in the mental, physical, and emotional journey of making change.

We offer a safe, judgment-free zone to unwind from the years of diet culture madness and to help you chart a personalized path to metabolic health and total well-being.

Hi! I'm Beth, Integrative Nutrition Therapist.

I’m here to help you get to the root of what is not working in your body and your mind.

Many of you know what to eat, but often find yourself in a pattern of high motivation doing all the things, then one slip, and then it all seems to fall apart and you feel like you have failed again. This is where nutrition therapy comes in, getting through the patterns that have you stuck in the “on and off” a plan of getting healthy. Let’s find what works for you and begin to heal the relationship between your body and food.

What can only be best said by Brené Brown - let’s be awkward, brave, and kind together.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a learning junky.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

  • “My candy habit is gone! It’s not like I don’t eat candy but I’m not tempted, I don’t think about it as much. I also gained awareness of what I was trying to fix using candy. Old diets taught me to avoid what they called “trigger foods.” This program helped me change my relationship with food entirely. I don’t feel deprived. I still eat delicious food. There is space for me to be human. I definitely found a difference in how I feel. I’m very happy after working with Path Nutrition.“

  • “My cravings are really gone and I feel like I'm in control of my body, instead of my body being in control of me.  I’m mindful about my food choices and also pay attention to how it makes me feel.”

  • “I’ve never had a bag of chips go stale on me in my life! I was eating chips with meals instead of sitting down with the whole bag and I didn’t even notice they went stale. You also helped me face my fear of failure and I learned to take risks and deal with the discomfort of personal growth. It’s all been so worth it!”

  • “I began seeing Beth in December 2020 after losing a bet with my primary care physician that I would hit my A1C goal or start seeing a Nutritionist.

At the time, my A1C was 10.5. Clearly, I knew very little about nutrition. Beth met me where I was and started from there. Throughout our time together, Beth never gave up on me, even though I was resistant and stubborn at times (a lot of the time).

Slowly but surely, my A1C changed as my eating habits changed. By combining her skills as a Nutritionist, IFS Therapist, and Craniosacral Practioner, Beth helped me create a brand new relationship with food and my body. It’s been a lot of work and Beth has remained a steadfast coach with a great sense of humor the entire time.

This past summer, my A1C had dropped to 5.7.  There is no doubt in my mind I would not have gotten to this place without Beth’s guidance and support. I recommend Beth to anyone serious about making changes to their health. 10/10.

  • “I understand now why dieting wasn’t working for me. I actually ended up losing about 10 lbs and 11 inches total and I’m not counting calories or macros!!! “

  • “I feel so great and my cravings are really gone and I feel like I’m in control of my body, instead of my body being in control of me.”

  • “I found the teachings very powerful and the coaching helped me take action from a loving place.”

  • “After over 15 years of diagnoses with no treatment, umpteen doctors who didn’t care enough to do their research and go out of the box, I have finally found something that gives me hope. It is a beautiful thing to finally feel like I am in good hands and have someone fighting on my behalf. Thank you, Jessica and Beth! “

  • “Beth is the first health care provider that has taken the time to explain what my lab numbers mean and how food affects them. I’ve made small changes that have made huge impacts on how I feel. I owe my health and new found well being to you two beautiful ladies! “

  • “My migraines have reduced from seven days to two days and they continue to lessen in severity. Thank you so much for all that you have done! “
