Episode #26 Being Bored with Food

Is it ok to be bored with your food? Absolutely, in fact, it's perfectly fine because we don't need to be wowed or entertained by all of our meals. We have just gotten used to the perception that all food should be exciting in some capacity or we have things going on in our life that our main source of pleasure is from food. This is not an episode about saying that we need to eat steamed veggies and baked chicken breast more, we are just here to explore why the basics are resisted in our modern life.
