Summer Peach Salsa
INGREDIENTS
- 1 fresh ripe peach, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2-3 tablespoons hatch chiles, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- sea salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and let marinade for about 30 minutes. Serve the same day over grilled meats, seafood, or veggies. This also makes a great topper for guacamole.
