Did you know that Beth and I attended a plant-based culinary school? This is where we learned how to apply food as medicine. We learned Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, and other modalities that are predominantly plant-based healing cuisines.
We draw on our experience with these modalities and combine them with the principals of functional medicine and eating psychology to serve our clients in weight loss and reducing symptoms related to gut health/IBS.
