Hi, I'm Jessica Pearson and I'm your Certified Food and Life Coach. I love food and I love eating it even more. I used to be an expert at eating my feelings and celebrations were all about the menu. I even made a career out of being a “foodie” and then a “chef.” Weight always felt like a struggle and I tried all the crazy diets and juice cleanses. Those made me miserable and I only looked and felt better for a short amount of time. It took years, a lot of education, and dedication but I had my ah-ha moment and changed my relationship with my body and food. I also improved my health. I feel better at 38 than I did at 28. I know if I can do it, so can you. I can help you figure out how to take action, build skill sets for success and shift your mind-set for the best results.
