Love It to Lose It is a program for those that struggle with weight loss and body acceptance. It doesn’t matter if you think you have five pounds or fifty pounds to lose, your results are a reflection of your thinking. You will learn how to think about food, weight, and your body in ways that create the results you desire. You’ll learn the steps for creating long term health. This is the stuff that the weight loss industry doesn’t sell, because there is no way for them to wrap it up as some crazy fad or diet plan. Yes, food plays a role, but you’ll experience so much more.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or confused about what to do to reach your goals, we can help. Maybe you’re stressed about failing again or scared you can’t stay motivated. That’s 100% NORMAL and that’s why we are here. We’re going to take it one day at a time for six weeks and you will find change and learn how to stay motivated. BIG hint: It starts with learning to love it to lose it.

Additional Details

  • Weekly meetings are on Mondays at 8pm CST (March 4th-April 8th). We urge you to plan for these as you will get the most out of this program by simply showing up. Our first meeting will be 90 minutes and each week after will be one hour.

  • You will have weekly homework as well as a brief daily practice that includes journaling.
