Summer Peach Salsa


  • 1 fresh ripe peach, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2-3 tablespoons hatch chiles, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • sea salt to taste


  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and let marinade for about 30 minutes. Serve the same day over grilled meats, seafood, or veggies. This also makes a great topper for guacamole.
