Appointment Booking Guidelines

  • Are you a new prospective client? If so, please book a free consultation appointment first so we can assess your needs and recommend the best approach.

  • Remember to use your email address or personal booking code to redeem your membership. 

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $75.

Frequently Asked Questions


How do I request a superbill for insurance?

It is your responsibility to ask us for it. It is best to stay on top of your claims in a timely manner. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to get your paperwork to you once it is requested.

How long does my membership last?

We will determine the recommended length of your membership in your initial appointment. Three months is the minimum but it may take longer for complex cases or disease support. Unlike most memberships, we want you to "graduate" because that means you're feeling well.

Does my unused time roll over?

Unfortunately, no. Our use it or lose it policy helps you stay focused on your goals. You can use your time towards appointments, coaching, cooking tutorials, and grocery tours.

What if I need more time?

Should you want or need more time, you can purchase additional time outside your membership. This is uncommon.
