How do I request a superbill for insurance?
It is your responsibility to ask us for it. It is best to stay on top of your claims in a timely manner. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to get your paperwork to you once it is requested.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership is month to month and lasts as long as you want it to. We recommend a minimum of 3 months and up to a year for most clients. Unlike most memberships, we want you to "graduate" because that means you've learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. When you are ready to graduate or cancel, let us know and we can take care of that for you.
Can I freeze my membership?
Like having a gym membership or working with a therapist you will find the best results with consistency. However, should you need a break for whatever reason you can cancel and start up again anytime. Renewing your canceled membership is $85. Or, ask us about Alumni status.
Does my unused time roll over?
Unfortunately, no. Our use it or lose it policy helps you stay focused on your goals. You can use your time towards appointments, coaching, cooking tutorials, and grocery tours.
What if I need more time?
We think 60-minutes per month plus our awesome support, and email access is just right. This gives you more time to absorb what you learn and implement it into your lifestyle. Should you want or need more time, you can purchase additional time outside your membership.
