This 7-day plan focuses on low FODMAP meals. FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols. These are foods that are poorly digested in the small intestine by some people. FODMAP restriction has been found to improve symptom control in people with IBS and other GI disorders. 

If you are experiencing symptoms please check with your Doctor or schedule a call with Beth before trying this plan. There are many root causes of GI/IBS discomfort. FODMAPS restriction may not necessarily be supportive of your needs.
